House of Quietus: Book 3 of 3

December 1866 – nine strangers receive an anonymous wedding invitation, promising a weekend of exquisite dining and entertainment. When they arrive at the isolated location, an 18th century Italianate mansion on a remote island in the heart of the English Lake District, they find the bleak scenes a little intimidating.

The guests soon realise the bride and groom are unbeknown to them and the invite to the island was for a completely different reason, something far more sinister.
