Emine Rushton is an award-winning journalist of 20 years, a wellbeing writer and author. She has written for numerous titles, including British ELLE, NYLON, iD, The Sunday Times Style, Red and Grazia, and was also Health & Wellbeing Director at Psychologies magazine for 9 years.
Her work has always been centred on holistic health and connection with nature, and in her present role as editor of mindful living magazine oh (ohmag.co.uk) she enjoys exploring simple and practical ways to live more consciously and kindly. In addition to her work in publishing, Emine is also a trained holistic facial therapist and has studied Ayurveda with The American Institute of Vedic Studies, founded by Dr David Frawley.
She is now studying Herbal Medicine with the School of Natural Medicine UK, and lives in the Kent countryside with her young family. Emine Rushton is co-creator of The Clearing, a seasonal self-care journey which blends immersive experiences with leading teachers and monthly digital books filled with rituals, reflections and recipes that guide the reader through the Wheel of the Year.
