I’ve written 16 bestselling books, including the No.1 Kindle UK bestsellers Cupcakes at Carrington’s and The Secret of Orchard Cottage, and the international No.1 paperback bestsellers A Postcard from Italy, A Postcard from Paris, and A Postcard from Capri. My novels are published in 23 countries, have hit the number one spot in 3 countries, been shortlisted for a Romantic Novelists Association award and sold over a million copies. My brand new book, Bring Me Sunshine, is out now and is the mid-life love story of Gina who travels solo to a gorgeous Greek island in the sun – think Mamma Mia meets Shirley Valentine. I write about ordinary people doing extraordinary things, often in challenging circumstances but always with courage, humour and plenty of love, friendship, multigenerational family dynamics and sometimes with intriguing secrets to be unravelled from the past. My books are set in escapist locations around the world or the cosy, fictional small towns of Tindledale and Mulberry-On-Sea. I live by the sea on the south coast of England with my family and when I’m not writing or reading, you’ll find me walking on the beach or binge-watching a boxset.
