Michael Cobley is the author of the Shadowkings trilogy (2001-2004, published by Simon and Schuster), as well as the Humanity’s Fire series of space opera novels (2008 – Present, published by Orbit in both the UK and – soon – the US, comprising Seeds of Earth, The Orphaned Worlds and The Ascendant Stars).
