An unusual story presented in graphic novel style.
Carline was visiting her friend Celia for the summer. Their husbands who were both engineers on the same offshore drilling rig were away on an assignment for the months of June and July and so the women were going to be roomies until the men returned.
One morning as the two women sat on the front porch of Celia’s home, Carline noticed a slender young man next door who appeared exhausted as he struggled to mow the lawn. After a few moments a buxom woman approached him from the house and began scolding him for taking too long to mow. Then she marched him inside, berating him for not taking his nap. Carline was appalled at the woman’s arrogance but Celia explained that all was normal and that her neighbors were just a little quirky.
But Carline would soon find out much more about Celia’s strange neighbors. The young man’s name was Georgie, and from the time that Georgie was a child his mother, Agatha, had completely persuaded him that he was really a daughter to her. She even carried the fantasy further by dressing him like a girl. And even though he was now twenty one years old she continued to insist that he wear female clothes and live the life of a girl.
Carline quickly became disgusted with the idea of Agatha and her domination of her timid son. But one day an opportunity came along for Carline to redeem Georgie from his misguided life when Agatha went out of town for a week and left Georgie home by himself.
Perhaps Carline could deliver him into manhood, ..perhaps.
