The Labyrinth of Porsena

Legends are all that remain of the once great Etruscan civilization. One legend has it that the great King Porsena was buried in a war chariot of beaten gold harnessed to eight silver horses encrusted with precious gems. His burial chamber was in the centre of a labyrinth too complex for any mortal to penetrate.
For two and a half thousand years, treasure seekers have followed scant clues in search of the priceless treasure within Porsena’s chamber. In the last century the hilltop town of Chiusi, in the Tuscan region of Italy, was identified as Camars, Porsena’s capital. In the hill beneath Chiusi is a vast network of tunnels. A labyrinth of them.
Many have searched but Porsena’s tomb has remained undisturbed, its treasures undiscovered.
Until now…
