This is the final volume of the Winterne Series and brings closure to the stories of a number of characters. While still in mourning, the elves of Winterne and their human friends have burglaries at local farms, exotic animals being smuggled into the country, and a rogue police officer to deal with. However, although there are sorrows for some, there are also great joys for elven folk, humans and animals.
