In 2024 I released a memoir, I PROMISE IT WON’T ALWAYS HURT LIKE THIS, based on my experiences of navigating grief following the loss of my son eighteen years ago. It’s a book to offer hope when you feel as though there’s none to be had; a book to give to a friend when you don’t know what to say.
