A burglary. A missing car. Two dead bodies and nothing else apparently touched. It seems like there’s an obvious answer when DS Pete Gayle is called to the crime scene in an affluent area on the edge of Exeter. But is it too obvious? Then another death occurs. A connection is made that adds a whole new dimension to the case. Now he has to find the link between the victims before more people are attacked and possibly killed.
