Dave Lewis is a #1 Amazon Best Seller, award-winning writer, poet and photographer. He is a full-time writer based in Pontypridd, south Wales. He also likes to cycle and walk his dog. Dave has been widely published all over the world in a number of literary magazines and websites. He has published many books and his work has included poetry, prose, short stories, photography, haiku, travel, comedy and three crime novels.

His first-ever short story was runner-up in the Rhys Davies Competition. His poetry collection ‘Going Off Grid’ was a finalist in The Wishing Shelf Book Awards 2018. In 2007 Dave set up and organised the first ever Welsh Poetry Competition – www.welshpoetry.co.uk – an international English language poetry competition aimed at encouraging the wealth of creative writing talent that exists in Wales but is overlooked by the arts establishment. It soon became the largest in Wales. He writes content for and still maintains many websites, was web producer for the BBC Wales Scrum V website, has run four hugely successful rugby sites with Rivals.net, has written newspaper columns for local newspapers and runs the Official Ponty Town website – www.pontytown.co.uk – a resource for his local community. He also runs Publish & Print – www.publishandprint.co.uk – a book publishing company which looks to get into print great writers that have been ignored by the mainstream publishing houses.

He received critical acclaim for his first three novels, a crime thriller trilogy set in Wales and Africa: Ctrl-Alt-Delete, Raising Skinny Elephants and iCommand.
